It's still a matter of when we get new aspects. And for the time being, warlocks have it set with ice flare bolts. Easily better than the other two classes by a mile. It could honestly be a month or more before new aspects come out.

New aspects different fragment levels.

I think you're missing the point. Right now, Shadebinder still has the best kit for stasis, pre nerf and even still after, just that it's not so far ahead now to be a severe issue in PvP, and it's hardly different pre nerf in PvE.

We all have one. And ice flare bolts are better than a wimpy ballistic slam that hunters have and having a long slide with a cool down. So yeah, it does matter, a lot especially when they allow you to get a 25% damage bonus, get grenade energy back, AND DO MORE SHATTER DAMAGE, ALL AT THE SAME TIME. So yeah, aspects and fragments matter a lot. You must not have the aspect yet, do you?

All of them are good, and the number of fragments you can equip today is meaningless.
