my FPS tanks during cutscenes, but gameplay outside of them still seems fine. however, i get kicked to orbit from any cutscene, and it is difficult to skip them due to the lagging and chugging. this goes for teh season intro cutscene and BL cutscences. it makes the game almost unplayable.
