Not a bug, different aspects can equip more or less Fragments. The warlock's first aspect has 3 Fragment slots. The next Aspects we unlock in theory will have different number of Fragment slots.

...........wait, really? So.. The Titan.. With arguably the worst Stasis subclass.. Only gets one Fragment slot for their Aspect? Hunters, with the second best, get two? Warlocks get three?! How... What... Why... Huh..?

How... What... Why... Huh..?[/quote] Yep .. felt same when my warlock hubby main mentioned he had 3 fragment slots and I was looking at 2 on my hunter. Waiting to see what next aspect gives us both.

No idea.[/quote] Or maybe they'll add more fragments ... be interesting to see what comes next... not going to try and guess too much as they surprised me with not giving same number of slots with 1st aspect we earned.
