The game after BL has in my opinion just been worse everywhere for fps, I don´t think I personally have stutters but my FPS has dropped with about 40fps even after I have lowered settings. The worst fps I have is probably on Europa and the Tangled Shore. Used to have about 110fps on the Tangled shore now it drops to 70-80fps. EDZ has also been pretty horrendous with my fps dropping from about 100+ to struggling to push 70fps+ Windows 10 64 bit CPU intel i7 8700 @ 3.20 GHz GPU CERBERUS 1070TI 8gb 16GB DDR4 3200MHz DxDiag here https://pastebin.com/ya6XNXaj
