Hi, there are three versions of BL being sold. Standard Standard + Season Pass (bundle) Digital Deluxe Edition The latter two editions include the NTTE exotic pulse rifle. The Standard version does not include NTTE. If you purchased the Standard edition that is why you didn't get NTTE after completing the campaign. If you purchased the Standard edition and then later purchased a season pass with Silver that will not count for earning NTTE, it had to be one of the two packages offered for sale on your platform's store to get it as a bonus. Try this step too You need to see your order statut as "completed". If it was not, you need to contact the Microsoft support.
