Xur gave me exotics i already have, when im still missing pheonix protocol
I was under the impression that xur always gave exotics you dont have, but today i bought an engram and got a helmet i currently own, while not giving me pheonix protocol which is the last non BL exotic armor i need. Did bungie change this?
