The Lore tab on the sparrow begins: "The Spider steeples all 20 of his fingers and looks down imperiously from his throne." But the Spider doesn't HAVE 20 fingers! Fallen (Eliksni) have three digits per hand/arm, with four arms total, unlike Humans, Awoken, and presumably Exos, who all have 5 digits on each of two hands. If the latter group were to have four arms instead of two, then 20 "fingers" would be accurate, but for Spider and his species, the total would be 3 fingers times 4 arms equals 12 total.

You ever seen a fallen naked? They've got fingers in places you dont want to know about -Drifter Jk this isn't a real quote but would fix the lore.

1 ReplyI'd rather have an improvement to the P2P system, but ok.

It's actually talking about a bunch of fingers that his mob cut off his enemies. He's building a model steeple with them on his coffee table.

They actually corrected it in a recent lore tab, I forget which one though. So take that with a grain of salt

1 ReplyEdited by Grays_KS27: 11/20/2020 1:58:44 PMEver wonder why Spider never lets us see him get out of his chair? He has an extra arm with eight fingers coming out of his back. His body is so thicc from strength that it’s easy for him to hide while sitting.
Welcome to the Smarter-Than-Bungo Club. You’ll make a fine addition. We may not be very good at math, but the community noticed that mistake when the Sparrow was released. There was a little uproar (oh, how I love the silly causes that people rally to) but Bungie never fixed the issue.
Yeah this was brought up last season when the sparrow was introduced. It’s been a mistake in the game but the devs haven’t changed it yet so I guess we just overlook it for now.
