Uh, no. The super lasts way too long, the Shatter attack did so much damage while not being frozen, and the freeze attack can encase multiple Guardians at once. Ya know, this reminds me of when EVERYONE cried about the Sunbreaker super in the Taken King DLC calling it "OP" and "Game Breaking". Well we're going to tell you what you told us: GET OVER IT!
