I just dont get why it had to be so extreme. slow it down a little, take a few seconds off the super, you gotta aim the dang wand melee for it to hit them because of no tracking. The freeze should be halved not cut 2/3rds. The shatter damage nerf was fine in pvp I'll accept this when you nerf 1 shot shoulder charge at full health and 80 res
