I play controller and it feels even worse than what it does on MNK for some reason. My mouse seems smoother than my analogs when I turn but both still have the same fps. I've tried... Updated bios. Reinstalled AMD Softwear. Tried multiple different setting configurations. Verified game files. Set lowest game setting. Set highest game setting. Checked for windows updates. Checked for new drivers manually. Tried using saphire strixx render tool. Switching monitors. Downloaded D2 on my Intel/GTX build and I get the same issues. Nothing has changed. The only thing that works in any kind of way is if I enable (force_multi_thread)cant remember the name) in the Cvars. Doing that fixes the fps but then entire buildings and random shadows and objects start to flicker and flash all over the place. FPS drops randomly all over the place.
