I have the base game downloaded i have bought the previous two DLC's. I have xbox game pass which includes beyond light but will not work on PC it sends you to steam to buy the DLC. Someone gifted me it and when i accept gift and add to library it says insufficient privilege. Not sure what to do steam has been no help at all....
