Warlock stasis nerf is way over the top.

Changes would have been fine fine, nerfing every part of a new kit and leaving the other classes untouched is not good balance.

          • As someone who currently mains warlock, no it isn’t. You guys are just mad it isnt busted anymore. Its not like other melees where it just slows you slightly or does a small amount of damage from long range. This thing completely Immobilizes you and makes you more vulnerable than a warlock tether. Sure you can break out, but shatter damage currently does 120 damage to anyone with less than (I believe, dont quote me) 6 resilience. Winters Wrath was hands down one of the most busted supers in crucible I’ve seen in a very long time, and Ive been playing destiny since D1 Launch

            • Agreed, they have sunsetted Warlock stasis. I'd like a portion of my money back since now the subclass is negated.

                  Stasis in general is crap. I am not using it anymore. This whole game went from balanced to falling off a cliff. I hate gameplay so much right now. It's so agonizing trying to figure out what these devs expect us to do with little to no damage mitigation and to add to that sub-performing skills. The grenades are just awful. They lack area, the tooltip tells us that it freezes "targets", but not all targets. The cooldowns are agonizingly long, and the bosses are extremely tough. I don't mind things being difficult, but this game went from fun to torture in one update. I don't even know how to play anymore. Warlock nerf is just more manure to the pile.

                      • Titan is the most OP with the grenade stasis build. I finally had a season to main warlock and bungie sabotaged it I quit. Back to fishing around steam games.

                        • I just hit a Hunter in crucible 3 times with warlock stasis super and didn’t do enough damage to kill him! The melee is shockingly ineffective now as well. Whether the nerf affected the super or not it feels so badly balanced against warlocks personally.

                          • It sucks in pve. They don't play the game. I bet they only slap on cheat codes and shoot a target dummy and then proudly nod to each other as being balance gods.

Ok devs you definitely gambled it away with me. Refund is coming: Just one week after the release of the new title, the manufacturer has broken various promises and regulations. Several contents of the game had to be deactivated at short notice due to bad programming and player exploits. The game was heavily penalized for one character class by a drastic update and is too hard. There are many cheaters in the game and there is no anti-cheat system. Complaints and suggestions for improvements in the manufacturer forum will be deactivated after one day if they reach too high approval.

                            • Bungie's version of balancing is pure capitalism: massive buffs to attract revenue, nerf after revenue peak. Rinse and repeat. It ain't rocket surgery.

                            • While I think the PvP changes were necessary the whole subclass now feels clunky in PvE. These changes were meant for the Crucible but something happened on the PvE end.

                                    Its just the start to the stasis nerf for all classes. CC in a fps pvp should not be a thing unless all classes have a way to gain immunity Edit: this post has to be bait because stasis is beyond busted

                                    • Why would the other classes needed to be touched....although the coldsnap grenade nerf is kinda like hitting all of them anyway. I think the only thing that may not have been really necessary with the other changes was the range nerf. But that's it really for me.
