Champions defeated with Stasis damage - Umbral Flames Vanguard quest
Fellow Guardians,
I was searching online and saw that people were having difficulty with this quest (as did I), so I wanted to share some tips that helped me get through it.
I hope it helps.

The issue I have is getting the kill before someone else does. Even when there were two or three of us obviously working on the same step I only got credit for 2 of the 6 or 7 that I know I got stasis hits on. I guess the fire team kill credit perk doesn't work if you are matchmaking with randoms?

1 ReplyJust use finishers with your stasis subclass equipped. Only thing is it can't be "elemental" finishers like the Warmind one(solar) or st 14s(void) The original class one and this seasons finisher both count Used this to finish that one yesterday

I would also throw in there that if you have the umbral incursions one where you have to get 20-25 (its % based) major, ultra or champ kills then easiest way to do it is to go to hollowed lair strike with salvation grip equip. Then just run to empty tank lost sector and kill the yellow health bar vandal at the door. Then run back out and rinse and repeat

They should have just included nightmare hunts with this step. Make the moon somewhat relevant?
