Year 1 gear: max power cap of 1060 [spoiler](or 1260?)[/spoiler] Year 2 gear: max power cap of 1260 [spoiler](or 1310?)[/spoiler] Year 3 gear: max power cap of 1360 [spoiler](or 1410?)[/spoiler] This way the only weapons that are sunsetting this season are year 1 weapons. We can still use everything from Forsaken and Shadowkeep. This will result in Bungie having some time to find replacements for all Forsaken and Shadowkeep weapons, and the playerbase can enjoy the weapons (and armor) they have a bit longer. A good case of win-win. :)
