Dreaming city cats require awoken charge
I've only been playing for about 6 months and I am just now getting to some side quests and such. Before 'beyond light' I was able to take 'a small gift' to the cats in dreaming city, now after the update they say 'requires awoken charge' . Am I missing something or is this something I need?

Cat number 5 is the one doing that for me right now. I hope it just fixes itself or i'm screwed forever haha
