Can't pick up lure from Crow
I got one of the upgrades from the Crow before picking up the lure, and now the game is not detecting that I am picking up the lure. It disappears as if I picked it up, but does not complete the relevant quest step or give me the item.
I believe the cause is getting the upgrade before I was supposed to. The other person I saw with this issue on Twitter also picked up an upgrade before the lure.

I had the same issue. Had 2 pages full of quests and deleted 1 to make room and was able to pick up the lure no problem

1 ReplyMines bug also I deleted quests to try and fix. Then it let me pick up lure but I didn’t have the quest yet. I found the quest in crows inv and I grabbed it. now it won’t complete the part 1of1 step to grab lure please fix bungie

1 ReplyI also can't get the Lure on my 2nd character. I go to pick it up and it disappears and the quest still says to acquire the Lure.

Edited by Kyber: 11/19/2020 6:56:43 AMI had this same issue, I did multiple things and the only thing that worked was deleting bounties (I had more than 24 but got it down to around 20) then I completely closed destiny and reopened it and it worked. I think it might also happen when your on a team with someone and not the fire team leader. Very weird! (There’s been other issues too such as having to run quests/etc multiple times when with another person. The fireteam member will progress but not the other person so we’ve been having to run certain things double the times. It’s mostly happening with quests/hunts and certain things that progress).

I had same issue was that 3rd character didn't complete first mission on the moon but I started hunt with him. And because of that my main and my second characters wasn't able to pick up the lure. After, I completed quest on the moon and I was able to pick up the lure on my second and main.

I cant use the crow or the lure but I can play everything at EUROPA! Someone can tell me whats is hapoeing here? thank you !

Just had the same problem! Turned out it was because my quests were full, went back to orbit, deleted another quest went back in and managed to get it then!

2 RepliesI picked up the lure after deleting the quest because it wasn't working, and the quest still will not progress, even with the lure in my inventory.

Please help, i have a similar issue in the beginning but now im stuck. I could not pick it up so i abandoned the quest and made alot of space on bounties and quest. I read somebodys post to pick up the lure before the quest and thats what i did. As soon as i picked it up i got the cryptolith Lure quest. Then i picked up the original quest that has 5 steps and its still requesting to pick it up on step 1. The lure does not show at all. Closed the app. Deleted all my bounties and some quest. Enough space in inventory and nothing. Any other suggestions?

3 Repliesabandon some of your main quests to make room for the lure, requires 2 slots 1 for the lure and 1 for the quest itself. worked for me pass this info on if it works for you!

I second this. I picked up upgrades for the lure before trying to pick the actual lure up. I managed to pick the lure up but my quest won’t progress, it still says I’m need to pick it up. I tried removing bounties, that was suggested. Still doesn’t work!

Try deleting the quest and respawn back in on tangled shore. Go straight to crow but acquire the lure first, this method worked for me
