Heavy Handed + Titan Stasis Melee Bug

Hello, I am currently working on a melee build for my titan, and I was testing out the heavy handed mod with my build now that it is available today. During my testing, I've noticed how they designed the titan stasis melee to be happens causes problems with heavy handed. The melee: Upon activation, you get launched forward, and upon release of the button, you swing for the punch. When you activate the melee, half of your energy gets used, and releasing for the swing uses the other half of the energy. This is to be forgiving if you die right when you use your melee so you don't lose it all. The Heavy handed mod: Uses a charge of light to give back half your melee energy upon [b]activation[/b]. This is important, remember it. The two combined: Activating the melee should leave me with half my melee energy using the heavy handed mod, but it doesn't. Since the melee innately saves half for the swing, and uses that half when you swing to punch, the supposed half that is provided by the heavy handed mod is used up as well. A simple fix would be to just make the entire melee be used, and remove the melee energy drain from the swing, but that is up to the engineers at Bungie. I really want my melee build to work because I love the new ability, and just want the sensation of quick punches launching me in each direction when I punch.
