I have tried:
verifying game files
running the game with admin privs
making sure my HDD/SSD are not full
changing game language (langs: EN, RU, DE)
deleting destiny2.exe and verifying
deleting steam_appid.txt and relaunching
complete uninstall/reinstall on same drive, an SSD
complete uninstall/reinstall on different drive, A:->D:
restarting my rig
I'm on Windows 7 SP1 with "SP2" update pack as well.
I've had Problem Reading errors ever since Forsaken launched, but the last few weeks have been utterly ridiculous. Crash at Exo Stranger, crash at Variks, crash at the tower, crash in Grandmaster NFs, crashing loading character screen, etc etc. No bug reports I can find, no .txts, no crashdumps. Why there is no report, I have no idea. "miniTicketDbg" runs every time the game crashes, says it's an error reporter. What information is it reporting, and why do I have no additional information besides "verify game files lol"?
What am I missing? What is broken? How do I fix it?
Please, for my sanity, do not copy-paste a CSR "how bug fix?" punchlist. I have tried every suggestion this post (https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/256820213?sort=0&page=0&path=1) makes.
