Howdy, I tried posting this once, but it seems it failed. This time, I'll save it. Short and sweet: There's a spawning bug with the mini-boss that drops the 'Bound Manacle' (Ehrath'ur, Eternal Blade) in the 'Essence of Insanity' quest on the moon. After doing some research, I've learned that other people are having the exact same spawning issue with various enemies for these 'essence' quests. I've tried the following: -Finished every other part of the quest before 'Bound Manacle' -Left the room and returned -Left the planet and returned -Exited the game, re-launched, and returned -Killed enemies in the area, then returned Nothing thus far has fixed the issue, so I cannot finish the quest. Upvote this if you've had the same issue, obviously, and hopefully, I hear something back. PS -- Your tag system seriously sucks.
