Unable to get my No Time to Explain

I've bought the Digital Deluxe Pre-order edition of Beyond Light and haven't been able to claim my No Time to Explain or the Exotic sparrow that goes with it. I've completed the campaign and still haven't been able to get it from the Exo Stranger.

  • Which platform did you purchase the digital deluxe edition on, XBox or Steam? Were you playing on the same platform you made the deluxe edition purchase on when you completed the campaign?
