"Ralniks, Blood of Kells" won't spawn
The night terror sword was already made before. But ESSENCE OF JEALOUSY quest still demands Ralniks's hatchet. What can i do for it??
i was not patrol status. and so many time tried

Same thing here, the captain is not spawning. I already have the Night Terror Sword, but the quest says I am missing. Hope Bungie will get this fixed soon.

The same thing is happening to me. None of the bosses we need for the moon essence quests are spawning.
