Xur Quest not giving exotic Cypher
When I went to turn in the exotic quest from xur to get an exotic cypher it allowed me to turn in the quest, but didn’t give me the exotic cypher. I checked the postmaster and everywhere else but it just didn’t give it to me in general. I did not have one in my inventory either. Has anyone else had this problem?
