Destiny 2: Beyond Light add-on items installed but not working
Beyond Light items: Exotic Emote, Pre-Order Pack, Stranger's Upgrade Pack, Stranger's Weapon Pack are all installed but not available in gameplay. I've installed, un-installed and re-installed them on two different consoles with the same result. These were the only reason that I pre-ordered the expansion. What do I need to do to get them to work?

5 RepliesPreordered this several months ago and got the instant content then, but haven’t gotten any of the new pre order stuff, no ghost no gun, and not even access to the paid season pass. Uninstalled and reinstalled so many times. It says I own it but nothings happened. This is so frustrating and hearing nothing about it makes it so much better

2 RepliesYou get the emote from the Cryptarch, and to get the Weapon, you need to complete the main story first. Hope that helps, other things may be from Amanda Holliday.
