Not sure if this has been addressed already, but it seems that heavy handed is bugged when you have two melee charges. Before the latest patch, when using ophidia spathe with 2 melee charges and 2 stacks of charge with light, throwing one knife would recharge my second melee by half, and throwing a second would give me a full charge, consuming both stacks of light.
Now when i throw a knife on full charges, charge with light is only consumed on the second knife throw, leaving me with only half a melee and 1 stack of charge with light.
This is a huge bummer as i had a build going in which i could throw 3 explosive knifes before using gamblers dodge, now i can only throw 2 making the build useless.
Also a separate issue, ophidia spathe perk doesn't active when used with heavy handed. So while you can hold 2 charges, you gain only one when your cooldown recharges when using heavy handed. (though if it worked properly, one could throw 4 explosive knives)
