Don't know if this has been addressed or not, but the Allied Skiff Evacuation mission before you kill Eramis is bugged. If someone loads in Eventide Ruins just as you're completing it and they're also in the same step, the game will not register it as complete and you'll have to redo it. I had to evacuate the skiff three times before the step finally completed for me. It could just be that you have to do it that many times, but I highly doubt that since Variks's dialogue stayed the same each time.
