This error code is coming up every single time I try to do the Nightfall: The Ordeal. It's happening with every instance. Since the Beyond Light update I'm getting this code 4, 5, 6+ times in one gaming session. It's becoming awful when I can't complete the activities I need to complete for quests/bounties.
