Physical copy of D2 to digital copy
So I purchased a physical copy of vanilla d2 and have been playing on my ps4. Now that I was lucky enough to get a digital version of the ps5, I want to keep playing destiny. And yes, I have all of the expansions and bought Beyond Light too. How do I go about from going from physical copy to digital? will I lose progression on my characters?

2 RepliesEdited by suttungur: 11/13/2020 1:54:10 AMYou just need to download the free copy of D2 on your PS5 on the account that owns the DLC licenses. The install process will also grab the additional paid content, as long as the content has been purchased on that account. And you will not lose any progress. The character save data is saved on Bungie's servers, not locally on your console.
