Not entirely sure if its a bug, but myself and a buddy have gotten the insight terminus strike 3 times in a row with people stuck at the first meeting of kargan/Conflux part. The bug is he doesn't leave the area like he is supposed to unless you wipe the team. [Edit] Seems to be multiple strikes that have progression issues, On the Exodus Crash strike now with a bugged encounter at the fallen walker. The walker is stuck on the ship.
