Beyond Light coop campaign progress only going to Fireteam Leader
I was really excited to do the BL campaign coop with my friend for the first time in Destiny. My research suggests this should work fine / has worked fine in previous campaigns. But although I could do the first few BL campaign quest steps with my friend as fireteam leader, we noticed something was wrong on the step 'Commune with a Crux of Darkness in Nexus', when my friend got to use stasis and I didn't. We then realised that my BL campaign quest line was still stuck at the beginning, on The New Kell. So I had to go back and do it all again on my own. It seems clear that this should work, so either it's a bug or there was something I needed to do at the start that I didn't do. Any ideas anyone? Really want to continue the campaign in coop, but also don't want to have to do it all twice on each character. Thanks all.

1 ReplyOK I worked out the problem. I joined my friend's fireteam while he was in the first mission. To avoid this issue, you should join fireteam while in orbit, then go into the mission. Will leave this here as a tip for anyone who needs to hear it.
