Hello, on Tuesday around 9pm EST I was using DIM to swap weapons over from one character to another. One of these weapons was the Falling Guillotine sword that I had masterworked and locked on my character. I was using it on my warlock previously and was switching to my titan. When I went to transfer the sword, the app said that the item could not be found. My vault was at max capacity at the time so I thought that might have been the issue. I went to go check on the other guardian and the item was completely gone. On the advice of a friend I waited to see if it would appear but it still has not. Please advice, is there a possiblity that something went wrong? I spent plenty of time trying to get that weapon last season.

5 RepliesHey there! 3rd Party apps normally use the Vault to transfer items. As your vault was full, it either is on your original character, on the character you wanted it to have (unlikely, this only happens when the app swaps items to make space for the transfer) or it is in the Vault. Please check the 3 mentioned locations carefully. Also for your information: If you go to your bungie.net profile, you can check the app history which shows if a transfer failed or not.
