I pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition of Beyond Light on Steam and have received everything except the ornament for No Time To Explain. I've tried restarting my game, going on my other characters, disabling the DLC and Deluxe Edition in steam while out of game and re-enabling it after logging in and back out of Destiny and I have yet to receive the Ornament. I have already received No Time To Explain and it's Catalyst, Any Other Sky, the Beyond Light emblem, Freeze Tag emote, and the Rimed shell.
