I am on my Series X and I have the same issue. Everything was fine before Beyond Light and the Series X launch. Other games are fine. Turning HDR off is normal. I have the same on Xbox series X, goes super black and the shadows are following me, then mental colours changing etc then that it super bright, I can't get a balance.I just want an option for HDR that's it, not a PhD in Display technology ?

Having the exact same issue. I also just got the series x on launch and thought that might have something to do with it but it appears its the update.
