Did not receive the "Frozen In Time" Ornament
Title.
I currently have both the No Time to Explain weapon and the other bonuses from pre-ordering and ordering the deluxe edition, I am just missing the ornament. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mines not working either, I've done everything for it so I don't understand

I'm only just noticing that I don't have access to it either, all the other bonuses except frozen in time, character switching hasn't solved it and i'm not sure what to do.

1 ReplyMe too. I preordered the deluxe edition and i did not recieve the ornament for No Time to Explain. I got the weapon, i got the catalyst, i check in the ormamemt slot but it’s empty. Fix please :)
