Opening vault crashes game

Also freezes you and forced you to title screen. Just happened when I tuned in a prime enegram.

Only way to move item from character inventory to the vault is via the app or DIM web site. Note: Playing on XBOX One, all DLC plus current season pass. Have a teammate with the same problem.

Same is happening with me as well as soon as you access your vault you get sent to main screen on xbox please fix cant due any bounties when I cant change out weapons.

This has happened to me every time I try to access it BUT ONLY AFTER I put witherhoard in vault because they disabled it. Not sure if it's the same for everyone but it didn't happen until then and now I can't access the vault in game at all.

If only we could access vault from menus and not have to travel to the tower... But hey sure glad we have multiple ways to access the store!

I think we deserve at least a little courtesy by letting us know you recognize the problem and are at least either ignoring us or working the problem ... OR ... do you really enjoy driving in the rain with no wipers?

Mine crashed every time. The game is unplayable. We have to use third party apps, what a disgrace.

Best solution until they fix it (at least it's worked for me) is open vault, wait for everything on screen to load in {about 5 seconds) Then go to character screen. My muscle memory of opening vault and immediately switching to character has crashed it every time. Or just use companion app, DIM, or other.

Okay I actually just had it happen to me when I checked my energy weapon slot (which has always happened to be part of the cause) but not at the vault, it was right when I loaded into the Tower.

1 ReplyIt's happened to me 3 straight times as well. I"m on Xbox One. Each time I opened the vault in the tower and switch to my character screen to store a weapon, the game freezes and then kicks me to the Xbox One home screen.

Happening to me every single time I open my vault and occasionally randomly when just doing anything in the tower. Otherwise running fine. Horrible issue that I hope is fixed soon. Using the app on your phone to move items still works though... so at least there's a workaround to some extent. Still a hassle. Please hurry Bungie! This is a real headache for a lot of us! :)

Happened to me too on xbox, game just quit, went back in and it happened again

Same issue.... I think it's when I click through it too fast before it's done loading all the icons.
