2 FPS cutscene issue
Same problem as many win7 users have - all (not only BL) pre-rendered cutscenes have a framerate drop, if I stay watching them, I get kicked to the orbit due to low FPS.
Cutscenes that use in-game engine, where I can see my Guardian and my Ghost are ok (maybe even better, than before BL

Oh good, it's not just me. I posted below about this. Hoping to get a response and help soon. Just stuck on the campaign because it just kicks me to orbit. The game runs SUPER SMOOTHLY otherwise https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/257519387 P.S. Also windows 7
