Cutscene stuttering bug
Got code Rudabaga
This error occurs when I watch any cutscene. The cutscene starts but moves at approximately 25% the normal speed along with the audio starting and stopping at frequent intervals. I CAN skip the cutscene to avoid this issue... most of the time. Sometimes it won't even register I am trying to skip it. Furthermore, I would prefer to experience the story if I could.
I already tried utilizing the following

I took the steps recommend with no change that I could detect.

Please also attach your DxDiag, you can find steps to get it below: • Press (Windows Key + R) to bring up the Run dialog box, enter this command “dxdiag” without quotation marks. • Click on “Save all information”. • Copy the text and use a text dump website (i.e. [url=http://pastebin.com]PasteBin.com[/url]) to paste the information. Please don't use Google Drive. • Create a link and post it here.
