Desired Behavior: - When I pull the new evergreen Drang from my collections, and go to increase the tier of the weapon, I expect to be able to spend resources to do so Actual Behavior: - When you hover over the icon (stability) and click it to upgrade its tier, you see no resources required to increase the tier and the click action has no effect.
