Collector's Editon Emblem (Absolute Zero) and the 3 other related emblems are not in collections
Hi,
Redeemed the code for the collector's edition emblem and the other 3 puzzle emblems a week ago and went to 'add' them to my account today now that Beyond Light is out. It says that they are successfully redeemed but I cannot see them in collections
Anyone else having this issue/have a solution?

Hey Falloutboy789, I had the same problem yesterday and found two solutions. One: Did you redeem the codes on bungie.net/code redeem BEFORE Beyond light came out? If you did you need to go to the code history and hit redeem again. Two, if you did redeem them, go to collections, flair, emblems, I think general or account, they should be there. The other thing could be the game has been dealing with a lot of bugs and it could take time to catch up with your emblems, I signed out of destiny 2, logged back on voila, they appeared (: Hope this helps.

I'm having an issue with the CE emblem in that the code won't redeem at all. I tried when the ARG was going on, I haven't redeemed it before, not shared it with anyone, but all I get is an error that the code has already been redeemed on another account. Tried contacting Bungie store and they just point me to the forums to get help. Anyone else see this or have this issue?

I've gotten the collector edition emblem now. At least for me it has shown up in-game. :) Gotta wonder why it took a while to appear, for some reason...

Yeah I got the same issue with the Absolute Zero emblem that I redeemed too, can't see it in the collections. I wanna know about this too. :(

4 RepliesHello. Go to your code redemption history page to claim the emblems. After that, go to collections > flair > general to acquire them after logging out of the game.

Try exiting the game and logging back in it should be in collections under general tab. I had the same problem but i waited till it appeared, if it doesn't show try entering the code again. If that doesn't work try contacting bungie support hope this helps
