, I even have the ghost shell,emote, and Emblem to prove that I have done this I checked my Mircosoft store and it shows that I have downloaded the items, so what’s the problem? Also for clarification I own the disk, so I play on that, but in the past this hasn’t been a problem until now. Bungie please help.

Same issue. Pre-ordered on PSN, have the emblem, just finished the campaign, bought the seasons pass. Game thinks I still need to buy it and I can't get No Time To Explain.

3 RepliesI preordered the deluxe edition too and I never received any of the preorder bonuses and now after launch I don’t have access to the season pass or the new DLC. The game keeps asking me to repurchase the Deluxe Edition again. I made the purchase a while ago through the link provided in the game from the purple logo next to the Tower on the destination load screen. I double checked in the Microsoft store and it shows I own the Beyond Light Deluxe Edition. I checked my game files to make sure it’s all installed and it shows it is. I’ve deleted the game files from both my back up drive and internal hard drive and downloaded it again and it’s still doing it. This is incredibly frustrating

1 ReplyMy husband and i game share and i preinstalled on ps4, got the emote etc. Last night it told me i couldnt get the mission from variks, today i can get it and it says i own the content but my season pass is locked off. Shadowkeep was a shared season pass, is this one different?

2 RepliesI got all the pre-order items, but not the "No time to explain" exotic weapon, catalyst, or ornament. I got a note about it when I tried signing in during launch, but got thrown out before I could read it properly, and never saw the message again.
