5 RepliesI've had the same issue. I pre-ordered the $70 version and just got the emote and ghost shell. It's telling me to purchase the DLC again. I will not. I have the original receipt for my purchase, as well. If Bungie just took my money and will not deliver what I paid for this will be the last that I ever play any game from them. It's really not cool. Especially since I'm not the only one

1 ReplySame problem. Im on ps4. In fact it tells me I don't even own the expansion. I preordered back in June I think. I can see it on Eververse but the game is not recognizing it. My bf has the same problem

I bought the deluxe upgrade edition on steam, I had the base Beyond Light expac on my account already.. But I do not have season pass or items once I purchased it today. Logged in and out, waiting in orbit... Nothing yet..

Same thing as quite a few others here, been sitting in orbit for an hour now and have yet to even gain access to even the season pass even though I purchased the Deluxe Edition long ago. I've done everything from reinstalling the content to restarting the game and nothing has worked. I understand there's a lot going on right now so any feedback or help would be appreciated

I ordered the deluxe package in June. None of my seasons pass rewards are unlocking for me. I am on Xbox One. Please help me. I’m currently sitting in orbit and waiting for it to unlock. I have also tried to restart my console as well. Please help. Thanks.

I also have the deluxe edition downloaded on my Xbox. Have received the ghost, emblem and sparrow but do not have the season pass. I have restart my game and console multiple times and sat in orbit for a while.

Preordered deluxe version, have 4 of the add ons from it installed and still not being registering as bought or installed when I go to do a beyond light campaign mission. Sat at orbit for a while, tried reseting game along with xbox multiple times. Any fix for this yet?
