GameStop has not provided DLC code
I purchased Beyond Light through GameStop. I got the digital deluxe edition to get the stranger statue. I got the statue, and gamestop indicated they would send the DL code as soon as it was provided by the developer. Still no code. I spoke with their customer service who indicated Bungie still hasn't sent the codes. This has been really frustrating. Has this happened to anyone else? I just want to know when I'll be able to play!
****EDIT I just got the code via e-mail at 11:46 PM EST on 11/13/2020, After getting 30+ e-mails from gamestop in the last few days indicating they were getting ready to ship it.

This is such a joke, as the Deluxe Edition is still is available on their site currently with no indication that it is back-ordered. If only the Stranger Ed. was available by every seller at that time... or if Bungie had the PS4 edition. Update: I was able to, after waiting for about an hour on hold, cancel the game portion of the bundle and purchase it elsewhere. Immediate satisfaction after days of annoyance. I don't expect GameStop to reconcile this or compensate for the delay.

4 RepliesI have the same issue. I also spoke to Gamestop customer service (No help) and they said that they are having technical issues and I should receive my code sometime today. Well that's just great...sometime ill get to play...lol

I bought the same edition through the Bungie store and I also have not received my code yet. Running around in the game and can't do anything.
