Coldheart is definitely due for a buff or update especially since its intrinsic perk is just, fires a cold fusion laser, which is basically what all trace rifles do. Cold heart was intended as a dps weapon so i feel like Vorpal would give it some utility. Maybe even add something like unstoppable or anti-barrier to its perk just to make it a viable option for ordeals. I think triple tap or 4th times would also be excellent additions since both would extend the mag and increase dps.
