Festival of the lost Emblem not in collections. Not claimable in rewards. Completed all quests and triumphs.
Hi,
Just wondering how to go about getting this emblem. The claim reward option in greyed out in my bungie rewards. I check my collections under emblems -> General and it's nowhere to be found. I completed all FotL quests and triumphs. Thanks.

4 RepliesHello. There was an issue on the page but we fixed it last night. Anyone who met the requirements should now be able to claim the emblem until the expiration date.

3 RepliesHey everyone I just tried this and I went to bungie rewards and could click claim. Equip the ghost, sparrow and ship from festival of the lost not just buy it. Then I signed out of game and opened rewards in app and could click it and says applied. Still have to go in game and see if worked.

I also have the same problem. Have completed it all and I really want to get the emblem before the deadline in two days! Bungie, please help!

I have to exact same problem. Have all of the Festival items, and also the Ascendant Lens. The option to claim the reward remains greyed out on the Bungie rewards page, so there is no way for me to claim the Shadehallow emblem. :-(

I also have this same issue. I did all the triumphs, got the thing from Spider, had overflowing amounts of candies and coins. Never been able to claim it, but had a clan mate not claim hers & it’s in her collections. (I also looked but it wasn’t there sadly)

Same happening here, finished all FotL Triumphs, own the ship, ghost and sparrow and claimed the triumphs but the emblem is still unclaimable.

I am currently in the same boat, really hope there is a fix before its no longer claimable. I am able to claim the restless ghost shell pin which means that I have completed more than the requirements for the emblem.

Same problem here too, claim option is greyed out despite having completed ALL the Festival triumphs. I would really like this emblem :(
