PS4 to PC Cross Save Migration
I've been trying to gain access to my PS4 account characters on PC but I get stuck on the authenticate part. It recognises my steam account but it gets stuck on the authenticate part. Clicking it just makes me log into steam again. The steam account has no characters associated with it. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I've checked my emails for verification messages but I see nothing.

I had that happen in chrome, i used an incognito window and it resolved. Maybe try that?

Have you tried logging into bungie.net using your PSN credentials so that the PSN account is already authenticated when you go to the cross save set up? If that doesn't work then you will need to try different browsers. If different browsers doesn't resolve the issue, then try a different computer. Finally, if none of the above works you can try doing it via the Destiny Companion App on a compatible mobile device.
