If only for the lore, go do the one in the dungeon. It truly completes the helplessness the other ghosts added and concludes nicely.

The problem is that i cant get the last ghost even when i turn in traces to eris, so i think the problem is me being able to complete the lore book without getting the last 2 entries that i need

Meh. I feel sorry for you honestly. Go watch the last two ghosts then. It's really worth it lore wise.
