there is a very simple solution to your problem, dont play on pc. at this point bungie refuses to do anything about the cheater problem or the anti cheat problem. yes i am aware of them taking down PA but that is just a single thing taken off the stack of problems with pc i am sure beyond light will come with all sorts of problems for pc just liek forsaken and shadow keep did ranging from disconnecting from servers to the game just outright not booting up

That's BS dude. Consoles are no safer than PC are. Bungle uses Peer to Peer networking which means your directly connected to everyone playing the game. So your IP Address is completely exposed and it's relatively easy to capture it and do all manner of -blam!- exploits to your connection (rate throttling, DOS etc. etc.). The sad truth is Bungle is too cheap or incompetent (or both) to care about your online experience.

They only ban cheaters affecting their top popular streamers. I have seen twitch streamers asking for a ban in mid-match and then PooF the cheater is gone. They seriously dont give a rats ass about this problem. The moment this game became F2P it was over. Now with next gen consoles around the corner that will *finally* run the game 4K@60FPS im gonna play over there. I mean ALL the PVP activity will play it on my console and i'll play the raids and random stuff with my clan mates on PC. Sadly, its the only way to avoid the problem cheater infested game problem.
