if it's not the place to ask , please say where can I ask?
according to Steam I got banned on the 20th of October by bungie Developers
on the 17th or 18th of October I played Age of empires 3 Definitive Edition Story with a Trainer
when finished playing the game I moved to play Destiny 2 and forgot that the Trainer was Running in the background , played a couple of mayhem and Reckoning (on the 17th) , Whisper Mission (on the (18th)
when finished playing before going to sleep , I have noticed the Trainer of Age Of Empires 3 was still running in the background
I understand its against the rules using any 3rd party in the background - but I honestly didn't notice it
on the 20th of October I sent an appeal form , beside the message from Zendesk about opening a ticket I haven't received any reply
is there any amount of time which bungie does reply?
I just want to know if this is the reason for the ban

Hey there! The #Help forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction. Please review the Contact Form: Appeal Ban or Restriction article found here. Please note that, as mentioned in the article, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that your ban or restriction will be overturned. For more information on Bungie's policy regarding bans and restrictions, please review the policy here.

I'd say it was the reason it's well known running things like trainers regardless of whether they actually effect D2 will result in a ban. They shouldn't have to waste resources making specific detection systems that likely would have to be constantly updated when new trainers/cheats for D2 are made. Its much more effective and efficient to have a system in place like it is currently which is why it's likely the ban will remain in effect. It would be too easy for the creators of cheats and trainers to mask or merely update their software to bypass detection if Bungie were to implement a more specific system, not to mention the increased work it would take for Bungie to maintain and monitor.

They will generally only reply if the ban is overturned. If no messages received within a week or so, then consider your ban confirmed. However, i can tell you now that your chance of the ban being overturned is near 0....especially since you know/admit to having a trainer running. Which Bungie has warned us not to do.

If you have not received any response from the appeal after a few days then your appeal was denied and the ban will stand. Having a trainer open while playing can definitely cause a ban

If you didn’t notice the trainer why should Bungie have to determine if it was a cheat for the game or not? Bungie likely won’t overturn it as I see about 5-10 “mistaken” cheats in the background daily. Hopefully you learn your lesson...
