Hi there. I took a look at your game history and none of your current characters have had the Forsaken or Shadowkeep campaigns completed prior to about an hour ago when your Hunter just did the Nothing Left to Say mission. I also looked at your total game time and saw that you had a character that was deleted with 150 hours worth of game time. It sounds like this deleted character may have been the one that had this progress and these quests. Either that, or you were originally playing on a different account than the one you have linked here.

Same exact thing happened to me so no it's not a deleted character it's a bug that's resetting quests I have not been on since right after shadowkeep me and my son did everything logged on this week and my forsaken questline has been reset along with the Wayfinder I know for a fact we did them and some of the exotics I have are not registering iv got cerebrospinal plus 1 but it's not registering I have and completed the master for it so it appears after awhile of not logging on yes you do reset entire expansion questlines

Also it started me out like I was a brand new character again rather then the character I was completing all the main questlines from red war up to beyond light which I have not bought yet but that does not show either and not sure I want to keep playing let alone spend money on somthing that does not save what iv done My badges have also been removed as I had most of them from that time
