stupid cross save dont work
It doesnt allow me to transfer my battle net account to my steam account need some help.

Cross Save is a feature where you can play on one set of characters to other platforms; their character data becomes dormant. You will need to have another platform linked to your profile in order to cross save. You can learn more about cross save below. https://www.bungie.net/CrossSave
