5 Repliesis this a ducking joke? its a pulse rifle. There are guns known as 150 rpm handcannons and 600 autos witch overpower pulses and scouts. pulse rifles AND outbreaks archatype and not even meta. Idk if your joking but if your not then you are one hell of a clown.
